Victoria Fox - Founder & Managing Director
Ms. Fox has extensive middle-market M&A transaction experience, having advised clients in over 100 merger and acquisition advisory projects over the past 25 years. Transactions have included sales of privately held businesses, corporate divestitures, recapitalizations, negotiated transactions with identified parties and targeted acquisition searches. Clients have included public and private companies, and private equity groups in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to founding Eisen Fox & Company in 2010, Ms. Fox provided merger and acquisition advisory services at two boutique middle-market investment banking firms in the Upper Midwest. Ms. Fox contributes articles to and is quoted in various business publications, and frequently speaks on merger and acquisition topics with business groups and MBA classes. She is an officer and board member of the Association for Corporate Growth-Wisconsin, chairing and serving on multiple committees, and mentoring MBA students for the ACG Cup, an investment banking case competition. She is a member of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) and is Treasurer of the Wisconsin Chapter of the German American Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Fox is a long-term board member and officer of the Michigan State University Alumni Association-Wisconsin and a mentor for undergraduate business students at Marquette University. She also leads and participates on fundraising committees for GPS Educational Partners, the German Immersion School Foundation, Marquette University and Michigan State University.
She earned her MBA in International Business from Marquette University and B.A. degrees in Finance and German from Michigan State University.
